Investigation and Discovery. I want to know the facts of your case as well as you and better than anyone else. To this end, I will comb through police reports and field video, interview witnesses, consult with expert witnesses, and perform scene investigation.
Motion Work. I will file motions to obtain evidence essential to your defense. I will also file motions asking the Court to exclude evidence that violates your rights.
Deal-Maker. Your best result may be a favorable plea deal. I will help you gain leverage to get the best deal possible. You can help your cause by participating in certain evaluations and therapeutic programming, which we can document for the Court. I will put you in touch with the appropriate service providers.
